Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Items will not be shipped until payment is verified.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. 

What's the turnaround time to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from purchased date.

What shipping methods do you use?

At this time we only us USPS.

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time Jackie Dior only ships within the USA, US territories and Canada. 

What's the return policy?

We cannot do returns, but exchanges only. Please make sure you check our sizing specifications before ordering. If there are any defects regarding to the item you purchased, we will be happy to exchange the item to the same replacement item. We do not process refunds.
