This Custom Subscription Box is designed specifically for you and delivered every Month!

Monthly Subscriptions are every month of the same day of your initial subscription.

You MUST commit to two subscriptions (Initial + First Reoccurring) before you can cancel. 

You can manage your subscriptions under your account.

You MUST fill out the form below to chose which patches, rhinestones socks or other items you want to include.

There is no set quantity amount. Quantity of items may vary based on the item's regular price. Example: Rose patches ($3) vs NFL Patches ($7)... If you request Rose Patches, then you will receive more Rose Patches vs NFL Patches, since the average price of Rose Patches are at a lower cost. 

THIS SUBSCRIPTION BOX EXCLUDES ALL CHARM SOCKS, HATS & CLOTHING.
